Elevated Supports offers Enhanced Homemaker Services to help individuals maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment. Our in-home assistance is tailored to each person’s unique needs and preferences, empowering them to live with confidence and independence.
What We Help With:
- Housecleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, organizing, and general upkeep
- Meal Preparation: Planning and cooking meals that reflect dietary needs and preferences
- Laundry: Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes and linens
Flexible, Person-Centered Support
Whether hands-on help, verbal prompts, or simple monitoring is needed, our trained staff meet each individual where they are—with respect, compassion, and a focus on building daily routines and lasting independence.

Personalized Guidance for Everyday Confidence
Elevated Supports offers Mentorship Services to promote self-advocacy, independence, and confidence in daily life. Our mentors work side-by-side with participants, providing consistent, judgment-free support through direct instruction, shared experiences, and skill-building.
What We Help With:
- Health & Wellness: Understanding medical information, medication routines, and appointment follow-ups
- Parenting Support: Assistance with daycare, CCAP, IEPs, WIC, TANF, and navigating custody-related resources
- Public Systems Navigation: Help with SNAP, Medicaid/Medicare, housing, transportation, and paperwork
- Money Management: Budgeting, saving, and planning for goals like education, transportation, or a vacation
- Conflict Resolution & Advocacy: Building communication skills, addressing interpersonal challenges, and goal setting
- Community Engagement: Support joining clubs, attending events, volunteering, or exploring new social spaces

Elevated Supports offers Respite Services to provide temporary care and support for individuals receiving Supported Living Services (SLS) who live with family members or other primary caregivers. Our respite services give caregivers the opportunity to rest, recharge, or attend to personal responsibilities, knowing their loved one is receiving compassionate, high-quality care in a safe and familiar environment.
What We Provide:
- Companion Care: Meaningful engagement, conversation, and recreational activities tailored to each individual's interests.
- Personal Support: Assistance with daily living activities, routines, meals, and personal care based on each person's unique needs.
